Returns and exchange of goods

According to the Act of March 2, 2000 . on the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by dangerous products ( Journal of Laws No. 22, item. 271 ) Art. 2 point 2, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded remotely within 10 days from the date of receipt of goods. Reimbursement may apply to both the entire order and its part.

In the case of returning the shipment, please pack it in a way that prevents it from being damaged during transport, fill out and attach the original letter ( download here ) with information about returning the goods under the terms of the return and attach the original document of purchase. Please note that the goods should be returned unaltered with all accessories and documents issued at the time of sale. If the product came with "freebies", they must be returned together with the goods ( if they are missing, the amount returned will be reduced by their value ).

Please note that the store does not accept any parcels sent to us on delivery. The money for the returned goods will be transferred to the account indicated by the customer within 7 days from the date of receipt and checking the condition of the goods.
